Challenge: 21 days to (re)set your morning and evening routines

You are probably here because you’ve heard of this 21 days challenge on my Instagram. If not, it is all about getting things done this year (and the next ones). No more excuses! There is no shortcut to get the life you want. Indeed, the only way to achieve your goals is by being disciplined. That is why in January I implemented new morning and evening routines. I wrote about it in the post below.

As a woman, it is sometimes hard to keep up with life’s responsibilities while working on your own personal happiness. Sometimes you can feel guilty of not being able to give 100% in every area of your life. Or, you just don’t know how to stop procrastinating.
